Creating Graphic Novels
with Russ Cox
ages 13-18
What does creating a graphic novel involve? Children’s book illustrator and graphic novelist, Russ Cox, demonstrates the process he uses to create a graphic novel. He will describe the process from creating sketches to transferring them to the software, Sketch Up. Participants are invited to create a story line from a sketch they make during the workshop. Each participate will be able to use the Sketch Up, a free downloadable software.
SLICE is free but pre-registration is required. A Zoom link will be sent to participants the week of the event.
