Sock it to Me

Because Everybody Loves Puppets! In this workshop, children are invited to use their imagination to create good, old-fashioned sock puppets—fit with names, personalities, and background stories to match! Children will be shown example puppets and then tasked to come up with their own original ideas and characters. Socks will be provided but feel free to bring your own new (or gently used) socks. All children will be encouraged to introduce their characters to the group to practice both imagination and socialization. This event is suggested for children ages 5 and up. Free for all but pre-registration is required as space is limited.
