The journey continues for Frodo, Samwise, and the Fellowship in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers as they continue their quest to destroy the One Ring and vanquish the forces of Sauron. The splintered group battles Mordor’s legions and seek to aide the kingdom of Rohan, where noble King Théoden has fallen under the sway of the evil wizard Saruman. Recruiting unlikely allies and facing new enemies, the Fellowship must overcome mounting dangers if they hope to prevail and save Middle-earth from an age of darkness.
