Join us for a fun and creative celebration of spring! Kicking off with May’s First Friday festivities, this year’s Arts in Bloom is a multi-day affair featuring art making, live music, movies, story walks, giveaways and more. Presented in partnership with community partners, activities will be held in locations throughout Waterville.
Most events are free, anything ticketed is noted below. All ticketed events are eligible for the Youth Arts Access Fund.

3-4pm Home/Stretch: a collaborative performance
a celebration of the new home for the arts in downtown Waterville, and an invitation to create connections between stories and experiences! Featuring collaborative performances and engagements from Colby students, and led by artists and Colby faculty Matthew Cumbie and José Martinez, Home/Stretch moves through and around the Schupf Arts Center to explore local history, ideas of home, and what it means to belong.
