The first rule of Fight Club is that you do not talk about Fight Club. The second rule of Fight Club is that you do not talk about Fight Club!
An unnamed Narrator (Edward Norton) who is struggling with depression and insomnia finds a new purpose when he meets Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt), an enigmatic soap salesman. After moving in with Tyler, the two men decide to create Fight Club, an underground fighting ring for men bored of the mundanity of life. As their Fight Club grows and both men seem to have found their purpose, the arrival of a woman named Marla (Helena Bonham Carter) and Tyler’s attraction to her threatens to tear apart everything he and the Narrator have built. Twenty-five years after its release,
Fight Club is still lauded as an undeniable—though perhaps controversial—classic that should be experienced at least once.
