Post-film Q&A with filmmaker Siân Evans.
A century of Maine life filmed by Maine people, telling stories of places, livelihoods, and family loved in times gone by. Filmed over the past 100 years, these home movies tell the story of northern lives– our seasons, our ways. Home movies as primary sources speak for people no longer alive, who loved their families, the woods and lakes, and the shores of Maine. The filmmakers mined the collections of Northeast Historic Film, a nonprofit film archive preserving amateur films. In conversation with Maine-based filmmaker Siân Evans.
